Located in the heart of Birmingham’s central business district and just yards from New St Station. This art deco showpiece building combines classic design with cutting edge technology.

Technical acoustic curved partitions were the standout test on this 9 floor project, alongside logistical issues.
Almost 100 ton of plasterboard, one available entrance, city centre location with a high pedestrian footfall, no outside material laydown area, no hoist or goods lift meant safe material deliveries were a logistical test. 4am deliveries were a regular occurrence to make sure Temple St was clear for morning rush hour.
Curved crittall glass partitions, industrial steel and opaque phone booths contributed to this being one of the most aesthetically pleasing projects we have been involved in.
